Form Alerts

  • Success Alert: (input) The alert that will be displayed when the form is successfully sumbitted.
    • Default: Thank you! Your submission was successfully sent :-)
  • Error Alert: (input) The alert that will be displayed when the form incurs an error during submission
    • Default: Opps! Some went wrong… Your submission did not go through :-(
  • Enable Autocomplete?: (checkbox) Enable form field autocompletion from the browser
    • Default: true
  • Enable Validation?: (checkbox) Enable form field validation
    • Default: true
  • Redirect on Success?: (checkbox) Redirect to a different webpage if the form successfully submits
    • Default: false
  • Redirect URL: (link) The URL that the webpage will be redirected to on successful submission
    • Enable: When Redirect on Success? is set to true

  • Email admin on errors?: (checkbox) Email the site administrator whenever there is an error submitting the form

  • Send Email on Submit?: (checkbox) This will send an email with the form data whenever the form is submitted.

  • From Address: (input) The email address that the email will be sent from. Many hosts require that the domain of the from address match the domain of the website

  • From Name: (input) The name that the email will be sent from

  • DB Server: (input) The server name or IP adress of the MySQL server.
    • Enable: When Insert into DB on Submit? is set to true
    • Default: server.domain.com
  • DB Port: (input) The port number that MySQL server is listening on. The default MySql port is 3306
    • Enable: When Insert into DB on Submit? is set to true

  • DB Username: (input) The username that is used to log into the database

  • DB Password: (input) The password for the username defined
