3.1.1 (1/15/2014)

  1. Small update to get ready for the Stacks 2.5 update.

3.1.0 (8/28/2013)

  1. New setting (“Wait for Content Load?”)that controls when Cycler gets built. By default this will wait until all the page content loads before building Cycler. If you turn this off, Cycler will be buitl when the DOM is ready. When turned on, you may see Cycler takes longer to build. However, when turned off, the content may not be sized properly depending on the theme and site design.
  2. New setting to not include the Cycler libraries. This is useful if you have multiple instances on the page and want to keep your JS file slimmed down. You will need to ensure that at least the first instance of Cycler on the page has this setting checked. Its turned on by default.
  3. Some JavaScript optimizations.

3.0.8 (7/17/2013)

  1. Cycler will now wait until all images are loaded on the page before building the slideshow. This will produce more reliable sizing for Cycler.
  2. When using auto height, the height of the tallest slide is now used instead of the first slide.

3.0.7 (12/14/2012)

  1. All JW stacks have taken a diet. They are all leaner and meaner. This will provide you with faster page download times. Enjoy!
  2. Other small fixes and enhancements may apply
  3. We have been quiet for a few months. That can mean only one thing, watch out for 2013. Big things are coming!
  4. Happy Holidays from Joe, Rob and Tron

v3.0.5

  1. Fixed! Temporarily removed font smoothing from the slides. This was causing text to look different in themes that do not use font smoothing (which they should). If a theme is using font smoothing, Cycler should inherit those settings.

v3.0.4

  1. Fixed! The last update broke static height. Its fixed now.

v3.0.3

  1. Fixed! Cycler now displays consistently when only Fluid Image is used as the only slide contents.
  2. Fixed! Cycler now remains sized properly when resizing the browser from small to big.
  3. Fixed! When the nav arrows are in line with the bullets at the top or bottom, they now work.
  4. Update! Added font smoothing for nicer looking text during animations.

v3.0.2

  1. Fixed! Cycler now works better with slides with more complex JavaScript animations.

v3.0.1

  1. Fixed! Fixed sprite positioning for navigation and bullets in Firefox.
  2. Fixed! Default swipe gestures were opposite of what they should have been.
  3. Fixed! Keyboard navigation was getting triggered twice for each keystroke.
  4. Fixed! Made swipe controls less sensitive. They were triggering multiple transitions off one touch event.
  5. Fixed! Arrows and bullets will now be displayed when hovered over even when outside the cycler borders.
  6. Update! CSS bullets can now go down to 10px in size.
  7. Update! Cycler now fades in to improve appearance on page load.

v3.0.0

  1. New! Nearly a complete rewrite of the stack to be made responsive. Build for Stacks 2!
  2. New! Completely redesigned UI is simplified for eas of use. All top level stacks added to the dropzone will become slides. This new UI makes it easy to reorder your slides as well.
  3. New! You now have control for animation speed and easing when the slide transitions both in and out.
  4. New! Cycler now ships with 27 different naviagtion and bullet image assets that are all retina display ready. You can find these in the Stacks Media Library.
  5. Update! Cyccler leverages the out of the box stacks controls for basic styling of the slider like bakground, border, round corners, etc.
  6. Update! Better way to define custom images for navigation and pagnation. If you have custom image on existing stacks, you will want to make sure they are setup properly again before you publish.

Cycler v3.0 is a paid upgrade. Existing owners will recieve an email about the upgrade.
